I have been disconnected though my auto payment is on and is only due today 14-Jun. no way to contact public mobile. Moderator service is horrible. Can anyone help how to get account reactivated?

When you say disconnected, are you saying that you service no longer works?
In any event, When the self serve system reports June 14, that means that your payment was already due very early on that day (June 14). This means that if your service was cut off, it wasn't done too early.
Check if your credit card was charged or not. If it hasn't been charged, the fastest way to resume service would be to issue a payment by purchasing a Public Mobile payment voucher from a store or from a place such as recharge.com or ding.com.
