Hello i am locked out of my account , when i call 611 it says my pin is wrong , and i just put on a 30$ top up which i do every month adn its telling me its not enough . please help

Taxes are paid when you top up or purchase a voucher.  There is no need to add taxes to the balance in self-serve.  You've already paid for them.

@tlk13 Sorry to hear about your account troubles.you will need to send a private message to the moderators team, indicating your phone number, account number & account pin.  They will be able to reset it for you.

Apparently waiting about an hour might let you try again. Did you try the Forgot your password? link? If you keep all your texts from anyone and everyone then you should be able to find your PIN from Public Mobile that you chose on activation.

What plan are you on?
