is it newer that i have missed point back recently on both my accounts? one was manually correctted,

Edit: PM agent manually enter my missing points. but this is not the first time. wondering why happened so much lately.

I hope this is new, I have not  checked them untill last month  and noticed missing one , this is another account missing one.

I did use incognito mode, last time they manually added one, but My concern is who has time to check frequently?

they generally give the points correctly.  I never have problem with my points.  Hope this is the only time you need to deal with it

yes, I only checked my 3 accounts occationally, only paid attention recenly. I thought they did this by programs automatically. who has the time checking frequently? that is very unprofessionally and sneaky.

It has happened to me and several others. Many people do not notice. You have to private message a customer agent and they can add back missing point(s). See screenshot.

if you managing 3 accounts, it might be a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Rewards site, or try using the PM app, but you need to logoff the app first and log back in

thank you  i sent a message using your link, it is very annoying , time wasting i have 3 accounts. happned twice in a row.

it does not happen a lot, but we heard that too, so it is not like never happened

Remember, portion that paid via Available Funds would not get 5%.  So, if you redeemed 15 points for $15 bill credit, and your plan is $25, then PM only charged $5 out of $25 from credit card.  In that case, the 5% will only be on the $5 only , not the full $25

If you are sure PM gave you less points or missed, ask agent to check.
