My sim was brand new but she told me is invalid

Where you got the sim card from ? you sure it was never been activated?

 

SIM cards are all one time use , can only be activated once

I would try again using Incognito mode, but I suspect you will get the same result.  If that is the case,  Please message PM Support for assistance

@malfesant12 - were you successfully charged? 

Is your account status Active? Log into My Account or try calling 611 to check.

 

If Active try one or more of the below:

*turn off your phone, then reboot

*removing your SIM, then reinserting it

*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode

*perform a reset network settings on your device

*try your SIM card into another compatible phone...this could rule out a device issue/setting.

*Is your phone locked? Contact your previous provider to unlock it for you. You will need your imei number, dial *#06# to get it.

*Check if your phone is blacklisted here: https://www.devicecheck.ca/check-status-device-canada/

 

If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA to check on this new account activation.
