keeping my old phone number

Hi, I lost my phone and I have purchased a new sim card. I want to keep my old phone number. How do I switch or change the new phone number to my old phone number?

There is no new phone number.  I'm hoping that you didn't mistakenly activate a brand new account.

Go into your self serve account and change the sim card number.

Login into your account using a browser in incognito or private mode first.

Then use the Change sim card number feature.

After Changing your sim card number to the new one, just put the new sim card in your phone and restart it.

Your original phone number will then be attached to your new sim card number and you'll be done.
