it's impossible to receive a verification code

New customers, after subscribing to a package and selecting a phone number and payment method, are prompted to log in with an unknown device that requires a phone number to receive a verification code, but the phone number just selected has not been activated yet, so it's impossible to receive a verification code, and this is a complete dead-end error.

@Emily83, did you complete your account activation through the Public Mobile app on your phone? This is an important last step.

If you are still unable to complete the activation even after trying through the PM app, contact a CS agent to assist:
