Hello,
From august 2023, it's missing every month my 1 gig data from my account, which usually comes with my plan package .
What should I do?
who can fix these for me?

@Magdolna1 do all other services work can you call and text ? If possible take a screen shot off your overview page . Should show how much data you have and how much data you used . But if you not even seeing it there on your account please submit ticket with support using this direct link to investigate for you

I'm a 25$ plan and now for several month I do not have the 1024 MB data
when I try to use the internet outside home, it say to add-on data for $$

can you post the overview page of your My Account, even you used up the 1GB data, it should show there
but if the overview page not showing the 1Gb data at all, then this is something you need to ask agent to check. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

I have a :
30 day plan with
1034 mb at 3 g speed data,
30 day plaUnlimited Canada wide
Unlimited Canada wide talk
unlimited international text
all is was 25$ when I have started

You on the $25 plan @Magdolna1 when you log into your account dose it not show
Try again incognito/private mode
And or lap top /computer
OR
simply try refreshing the page to check data plan / mins / add ons
For most up to date account info
if it not displaying and you have no data please submit ticket

what plan do you have and how much data you are supposed to have?
check your My account's Subscription screen to confirm and check the overview page to see how much data assigned
if not match, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here and ask them to confirm
