My iphone 8 has No Service or Cellular in the setting ,(it's just Blank there .) The phone doesn't receive calls in & I can't phone out (it says Call Failed) . I'm not the greatest at looking for problems on the iphone. I have done as much as ITIA Chatbot said to do & that I could do without having Cellular etc . Thanks You Babydog1 (Ross)

Hi hTideGnow, I'm doing as you commented to do . We didn't have any outages that caused the iPhone any of the problems it seems . I have send a note of my problems to CS-Agent . Thank you for the information. Have a good week. Babydog1

first check if there is any local network issue:

and try Reboot phone and click Reset Network settings on the phone
and if possible, test your sim card using another phone
Also, check My Account to confirm if your account is active
Last, ask PM support agent to check your account on the system.
