Thanks Mayor/Maire I did again contact the Chaticon & wrote them and the CS-Agent the info on my husband iphone problems. I'm waiting for a reply from the CS-Agent . Thanks again for your help. 

Hi hTideGnow, I'm doing as you commented to do . We didn't have any outages that caused the iPhone any of the problems it seems . I have send a note of my problems to CS-Agent . Thank you for the information. Have a good week. Babydog1
