If you have lost your service on your phone and the last 4 digits of your sim card do not match in your account then you have been sim jacked. Follow @dabr instructions to report your phone lost/stolen and change your password. Check your financial accounts first and contact your banks fraud department then contact the moderators.

Being "sim hacked" wouldn't stop you from entering vouchers. Getting fraudulently ported out sure.
Did you try 12 digit number sets on your voucher in the 611 service?

@dannielletraver If that is the case then log into your account and freeze it by selecting Plans/add-ons tab and reporting the phone lost. Also change your password for your account login, including your CC/bank accounts if you use your phone for verification purposes.
Then submit a ticket/message to moderators either via the chatbot bubble bottom right of this screen or by clicking the envelope icon top right to Moderator_Team ASAP.

are you using the actual 12 digit pin number ? Where did you get the voucher as some vouchers aren't "activated" until several hours after the sale.
