I am having a tremendous amount of trouble with this.
I'm being told to:
. Insert your Public Mobile SIM card into your unlocked iPhone.
2. Tap “Settings”
3. Tap “Cellular”
4. Tap “Cellular Data Network”
Then enter SP.MB.COM into APN and leave the username and password blank.
No problem.
That is where that page ends for me. There is nothing else there to enter data. There's no visual voicemail, no MMS, no internet tethering, nowhere to input MMSC or MMS Proxy. Please advise.

@Babber leave your APN settings alone and reset your network settings
1. From the home screen navigate to Settings>General>Reset
2. Tap Reset Network Settings
If prompted enter your passcode
3. Tap Reset Network Settings
4. Restart your phone

@Babber Which generation SE is it? The newest ones shouldn't need any changes to settings for data.
