iPhone 13Pro Dropped Calls

Hello, in a 45 minute phone conversation, where my phone rested on the counter, I had 3 dropped calls. A few of my friends are also experiencing dropped calls. We didn’t have this problem with Telus & logically it shouldn’t happen with Public as they use the same equipment but it is. Any suggestions for this issue?

I’ve had this issue for a few months now. Last week it seemed to be fixed and this week it’s doing it again. I’ve been told they are aware of the issue and working with the provider to correct it 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is not an isolated issue and has happened to others and should NOT be happening.

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here to create a support ticket, then type Customer Support Agent, then Contact Us,  or, 
2. Send a private message to Customer Support Agent by clicking here.  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
