Hi there!

I previously had a 3G plan and recently upgraded to a 4G plan. My iPhone however, only has/shows 3G and LTE in my cellular settings.

Can anyone assist me with this?

When Public Mobile refers a plan being 4g, there's not talking about the types of networks that can be used.  There's only meaning to say that the maximimum download speed is 100Mbps.  For the most part, the terms 4g and LTE can be used interchangeably, at least in this context.

Check your phone settings.  Is your network connection manually selected to 3G, LTE?  Or is it set to Auto?  

Depending on your physical location, your phone might be selecting the strongest signal.
