Calls and data work fine. Text message not working with recent number transfer. Tried resetting the phone, network, removing and reinstalling the SIM. It’s been 10 hours…

It was an issue on the network side. After starting a ticket it took a second response to get someone on it. They “conducted a review and adjustment of the network settings associated with your account to ensure the proper functioning of our services”. Everything works now.

With your port transfer, did you answer yes to the confirmation port request text from previous carrier? If you have your previous carrier SIM card, is it still working? What about incoming calls? incoming texts? outgoing texts?
Might want to also try your SIM card in another working phone. This will help determine whether hardware setup issue versus PM service problem.
