I am trying to get my mother’s account going, during eSIM activation it’s saying the iPhone 13 Pro is incompatible. The phone is eSIM compatible so I am wondering if your team is able to send me a QR code or another method by which the SIM can be added. When I try and endeavour support, and login, I see a white screen. So my only option is to use my account and write a note here. I can provide you her email but not in this public setting…

Last week I asked question about an eSIM. On my mother’s account, unfortunately for some reason I couldn’t activate it on her iPhone 13 Pro it shows a white screen after tapping support so I can’t submit a ticket using her account. After making a post on here I was recommended to send a message to customer service. I have probably sent 20 messages back and forth, I have been repeating myself over and over and they won’t add the SIM card to the account. Like I don’t know what to do at this point they keep coming back with unrelated questions as if my messages aren’t being read. I’m really frustrated.

You will need the assistance from a CS_Agent to help you activate the eSIM on her iPhone 13 Pro because it is eSIM compatible.

yes, eSIM will work on iPhone 13, and PM agent can probably send you another eSIM to complete the activation
