Keeps on saying verifying. I have tried everything reset my phone multiple times and network settings.
can you tell us what is "not working"? what errory ou got
problem with activation with iMessage?

Disable iMessage and FaceTime, restart the phone, enable iMessage and FaceTime
verification can take serval hours.
Are you a new customer? Connect to iTunes to update your carrier settings and download any software updates.
