Hi everyone,
I had followed the instructions I saw on Apple’s website but could not get access to iMessage group chat. I have an eSIM I ordered from public mobile and my messages are working.
can someone please help?

Thank you for all your help.
My regular sms and iMessage both work. Just the group chat doesn’t work.
I’ve removed my old SIM card and this is my first eSIM card.
i restarted my phone and reset my network settings.
nothing has worked so I reached out to CS support and they are working on it.
I will keep you posted

and you removed all old sim card and disabled all old eSIM?
Reboot phone and Reset network settings
last, ask PM agent to refresh your account. You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

I had followed your steps to reregister messages but it still doesn’t work.
Can you think of another strategy that may work?

is mobile data working?
you can reregister iMessage. Go to Settings, manually remove the phone number, reboot phone and go back to the settings menu and manually add it back
