Hi there. I just got off the phone with Apple again. They said my phone number has been temporarily blocked from using iMessage. This happened after my phone got a software update. And to ask you if international SMS is available for my phone. They said they have done everything they can do on their end and that it will have to be resolved with Public Mobile. Do I need a new E SIM?

Hi everyone. I have finally figured it out, after 2 days! Apple kept telling me to wait 24 hours after I requested activation , they had me share my screen with them to go through steps. None of them worked. I just now went into settings -> my number -> and removed the phone number, once I put the phone number back in, I was able to enable iMessage again. Woohoo!

@Ranger14 so, you are an existing subscriber and got a new phone?
Or did you just subscribe Public Mobile and try to port in your number from another provider? If so, the port is not completed. You can confirm that by calling yourself from another phone and check if the PM sim card is receiving the call
