I have my phone transferred to Public Mobile recently and since then I have lost the ability to use IMessage and FaceTime with my phone number. I am able to use it through my email but my number is not being recognized through my Apple account.
I have done all the troubleshooting and resets and nothing seems to be working. Any advice or guidance would be helpful.

Yep, need to relogin to Apple services. Some combination of disabling iMessage/Facetime and/or logging out and into your Apple ID usually re-registers it.

you need to re-register iMessage
simply go to Settings and remove the phone number. Reboot phone and go back to the same screen to enter the number back to re-register. The re-registration could take long, wait. If it fails, wait couple hours and try again
