@v4432v can you log into your self service / my account ? Is there a credit card attached to your account? If there is isn't. Add a credit card, leaving the apartment field blank . If applicable enter your apt in the address field ie xxx street address . Also, enter your postal code without spaces. Once there is a credit card, manually add the required amount (ex $15 for that plan)and then use the reactivate account option to restart your service. Your new 30 day cycle starts from when the account is reactivated.

Log into your account click "Payment" then manage autopay.
