@mimmo I just don't want mods to go through the same process when we could've tried to troubleshoot before escalating to mods.

@NDesaiyou are right I might have been quick to suggest the OP contact mods, but they seemed pretty sure they were due the 25$ credit, and since they did not mention any funds period, ie i received $10 not $25 (as others have sometimes posted), i assumed they had received $0. i guess i just took them at their word.
this being said. when the mod_team posts in a theads, (see below), then suggesting the original poster contact mods i dont think was too wrong.

How come no one asked to provide a screenshot of OP's payment history? I do believe that sometimes credits are not applied, but that's a rare case. If OP provides a screenshot or copy of payment history, that 100% confirms if any credits were given or not. Lately, i am not so happy to see automatic contact the mod team replies not just once, but multiple posts. In this case, what do you think OP will do when the top 3 posts said to contact mod? At least @Anonymous mentioned something different before OP can contact mod.
Please, troubleshoot the issue until you fully know that mod help is required. If op was given the $10, the issue resolves itself on why he/she did not get the credit.

@mryezp, The $25 referral bonus (which expired on Sept. 13) was only available if you activated on-line. In store (at Walmart, etc) activations are not elligible.
If you activated on-line, and did not receive your credit, you will need to contact the moderator team and ask them to look into it.
