Hi @MarthaMartin you must have been a Public Mobile user for a long long time if you had forgotten the email you used as username. Anyway, follow @JoyLuck 's suggestion above to get in touch with a moderator to help you. You have to be able to prove this is your account. Good luck!

Contact moderators regarding your email and password. You can then log into self service to change your plan.
