You are aware that you are only dealing with other customers on this forum, correct?

We can't do anything to your account.

If you're unable to stop your own subscription in self-serve, you've been given the contact information for the customer support agents to assist with that.

If you are porting your number to another mobile service provider, you don't need to cancel, it'll automatically do so once the port is complete.

I asked a few questions in your earlier thread. What is the make and model of the phone? How long have you been having a problem connecting?

message a CSA to remove your credit card info. Account will deactivate after 90 days in Suspension.
