I have a Galaxy Note S20 Ultra. Since I got this phone, I couldn't receive any incoming calls or messages. I thought there was something wrong with my phone. My phone broke, so I bought the same model, and I still have the same problem. I tried another SIM card, restarts, and resets, but it didn't work. I reported the problem at the mobile store, and they tried another company's SIM card, and it worked. How can I fix this issue without switching mobile companies? I tried to get a ticket to contact with public mobile but there is no service now.

Did you try put the PM SIM in another phone at the mobile store?
If it didn’t work then it sounds like a provisional/backend issue with the SIM. If this is the case, contact a CS_Agent to get this fixed.
