Hey
my public mobile network has been actived using an esim, I now have a public mobile physical SIM card and I would like to transfer my existing number from esim to the physical sim, could you advice on the correct step to complete process?

@urgent you probably have trouble login My Account at this time, you will have to ask PM CS agent to update the sim card number for you

@urgent Just log back into your public mobile app got to account page and “change your SIM “ enter the number on SIM card and reboot the device and put in new SIM card might have to rebbot phone once again that’s it
