how to switch esim plan to use a physical sim?

I purchased $23 6GB plan and chose esim today, download the app, but got stuck in the middle of the activation since my phone is not esim compatible. I went to a telus store and got a physical sim card from them, but they told me that I have to call public mobile customer service to switch my plan to use sim instead od esim.  But it was so stressful trying to get answer from the  app chat.  How how I finish the activation steps?  Or how can I cancel my subscription at least?

OP was not fully setup yet and hence unable to login My Account to perfect the sim card change already For contacting agent, OP already submitted ticket as said above

no stress.  If you have a PM sim card already, support can update the sim card number for you.  All you need to do is the messge them using this link
