You'll need to discuss this with your bank and ask if they have a another way of delivery this code other than text messaging.

you can't using your PM service. Maybe get a local sim from China for use there.

@raintree168 , there’s no way to do that with Public Mobile outside of Canada or US (with Roaming add-on). Sorry 😞
