please advise me on how to get the billing info about my number that I am not using anymore and my account doesn't seem to be working.

@sureshbhaip829 if you already ported out your number or your number has not been paid for over 90 days, the account would have been closed permanently and you won't be able to access it
but no worry, you can still ask for official invoice, just message support directly here:
