I still cant sign into my account to add on more data. Id try calling in but I don't know my 4 digit code to do so, how do I make a code or find out what my code would be?

What recording do you get when you dial 611? Are you sure that's the registered email you're using? Did you try the reset password?

I finally figured out my pin but its just awful that I cant sign in to my account. I guess the private messenger isn't replying anymore so Ill have to let things sit !

Could your 4 digit code be your Community ID name? 🤔

Yes I tried resetting my password yesterday and now and it still doesn't work. I submitted a ticket now.

@4268 what is the problem with logging into My Account/ was it password problem? did you try to use the Reset password link there? enter the correct email and you can reset your password
if that does not work, open ticket with PM Support

Once you got access back, you can add data there from the Plan & Add-ons page.
you can also reset your 4 digits pin at the Profile page
