I'm wondering if there is a way to find out exactly what time my data was used?

You can track your data usage in your account as your data counter is constantly updated when you hit the refresh arrow. The actual usage pages only update twice daily in 12 hour blocks of time.
Tracking usage is better on your phone by ensuring your calendar dates are correct to your 30 day cycle and setting your data warning and limiter so you are made aware of higher than normal usage.
Depending on your phone (I can only account for Android.) You may be able to go into each of your apps settings and see date and approximate time the data and/or the screen time used for each app. This will help you understand the amount of data being used and by which apps?

Sorry, PM does not offer that. PM only update data usage twice a day, and each usage update is just a cumulative usage between the timestamp of that one and the timestamp of the previous one
data can be constantly using and it is impossible for carrier to constantly update it, like every minute, every 5 mins or hourly
You can try to use app to help. they will update contently but they likley only do log daily or hourly only
what phone you have? iOS or Android?
for iOS, check My data manager
for Android, try Data Usage manager

Yes, on the Mobile App under 'Overview', towards the bottom above your 'Friend Referral Code' and under your 'Add-ons' will be a button that says 'View Usage History' > in this section you'll see all your incoming + outgoing calls & Data consumption with the Date/Times.
