@EAJ14_1924   did you try  asking it send the code to  your email  as well as sms ?

 

if you still cannot receive the code , open ticket with PM support and they can help 

 

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

I got already my account it's work User Id and Password but when I log in today it won't work I'm code with 6 digits I don't receive any code then I reset password still not working screw up my account.

@riaganth15   if you are existing customer and you activated online yourself, you have a My Account created

 

If you activated in store some time ago, then yes, you might or might not have the My Account login setup yet

 

But either way, you can open a ticket with PM support using "Forgot Password" ticket type.  They will confirm and help to reset password or create a My Account for you based on the situation

My Account Setup

When you activate your account with us, we’ll help set up a My Account for you at the same time. My Account is your one stop shop for everything Public Mobile, including making payments, purchasing plans or Add-ons, checking your upcoming bill, checking usage, changing personal information, or checking Rewards.

  • after creating your username (which must be an email address), password, , and PIN, you should keep this information in a safe place in case you forget.
  • You will need your email address and password to sign in to My Account.
  • Your PIN will be used when interacting with our Customer Support Agents for account support and when calling *611, which allows you to make basic account changes.

top of this page click Activate / Get Started / Account Set-up...then just fill in the blanks.

Make sure to write down and save passwords and pin numbers for future use.
