how to change the 4 digit account pin to calling 611 ?

one of my freinds (hi is not having right now a coomunty account) lost his 4 digit account pin to call in 611 (he is wont to call to buy addon) he wont to reset the pin

@Rabbi you can contact the moderators on their behalf no problem you just need to provide them with enough information to authorise you.

I don't think it's a problem if you have the same IP address.  If a household has multiple Public Mobile accounts (which is common), they would all share the same IP address for the home internet, but each can still have a separate community account.
