I want to buy a phone for my child.
1. should I set the owner of new phone as my child , or set me as the owner ?
I think both are ok.
2. but how to add a new phone number into my existing public account ?
3. If I want creat a new account for my child, how to start ?
I remeber there was 'logon out' option in this portal. but where is now ?
each time I input public , the system login me using existing information.
How can I tell this system that 'I want to login as another user' ?

It does not matter what name when you activate an account; unless you are porting one over, than the name should match the previous provider's account..but this can be changed to any name once you have activated with public mobile on your self serve account.
2. but how to add a new phone number into my existing public account ?
see other posts who've answered this.
3. If I want creat a new account for my child, how to start ?
activate once a new sim card is obtain here: https://publicmobile.ca/en/on/portal/activation

clear you cache/cookies in the browser you are using. OR use a different browser to log into when flipping back and forth from different accounts, or even issues logging into your own.
I found recently that opening a tab in incognito mode has been working best for logging into Self Serve/My Account and My Rewards.

A new number can't be added to an existing account. A new account will need to be opened. The first thing you will need to do is to purchase a Public Mobile SIM card. Then, go to activate.publicmobile.ca to proceed.
