your login is not currently linked with My Account, likely you have never logged in since EverSafe login system was introduced last year

Just ask support to help with the account number as well as the login.  You can engage them by direct message here

simply login My Account, go to Profile page and the account number is there.  Hover the mouse pointer over to get the full number

Open PM app, click on account, you will see account number below your name, second line.
