Have unique email, get eSIM or physical SIM, create an account - you have to use an app to complete activation. Follow instructions on web site.

PM account is only one email for one account, no multi-line on the same account

To signup another account, you have to use another email to create a new account.  Just make sure to get a friend code from your own account and use it to activate the new account.   Enter the friend code at the Payment step
