If you got this screen on your phone (minus murder mitts Marcus) then the default pin code supplied by @computergeek541 should work.

@Ryeguy03  .. or are you asking for the PUK of the SIM (maybe you enter the SIM PIN incorrectly too many times?)  Then you have to contact PM to get the code

You can open a ticket using the Chatbot on the lower right:

Type:  Unlock a phone
Click "Sim card PUK"
Click "Contac t Us"
Click "Click her to submit a ticket"

Are you asking about a phone password or the actual PIN on the SIM card?  All Public Mobile SIM cards have a default PIN of 1234.
