how do I talk with a real person

I have an issue with my bill and the submit a ticket has not worked for 4 weeks. How do you actually talk with a person on this service. this is complete crap.

we are all as real as we can be

you can talk to us, real person, but we can't help with account problem. 

But what exact was the billing problem? Overcharge? In these 4 weeks, how many times you message them?

Type: contact customer service agent

If that does not work,
