can anyone help i logged into my account changed plan but can't call text or anything

hi @josh1 Login to My Account , check if the plan is Active.   If it is, click Change SIM card and follow the steps there to request changing it to the new SIM card

Try restarting your device.  And give it a few hours for the network-side to catch up with the billing-side.  If it still doesn't work within a day then you might have to contact the mods for assistance.

 

It would be helpful to know what kind of phone/device you have.  And where you purchased it (ie: are you certain it's not carrier-locked), etc.
