From which carrier?

speakout: use IMEI/PIN

All other wireless: only use account number

Do you already have a Public Mobile account activated?

Is this just to replace a lost sim?

Did you activate your PM plan online or in-store?

If online, your self-serve already created.  Use the email address and password to login.

If in-store, you need to create your self-serve account using the link on the PM welcome email.

Login to your self-serve account

Select [Plan and Add-Ons]--> [Change Phone Number] --> [Transfer a wireless or wireline number ]

Best to remove your personal info like your email address and phone or account numbers. It won't help on this forum and it makes it discoverable and available to the general public.

To remove your personal information, find your original post.
Click on the three dots in the top right corner and choose "Edit Reply." From there just delete the information or use X's or # signs to show where it would have been.
