i am checking in on my old number, stopped the line 2ce and someone has started back up. I am not sure if its the same case again, but I have people that have been on my account on here so I just wanted to check.. I seen the number i had from here pop up on account this morning, I want to put this number to bed, because it's gotten activated before and took over my accounts.

You can always open a ticket through chatbot and ask agent for assistance.
How did you 'shut down' your old number? What is the issue you have. If you ported your number out then your account is closed.
