I know that things like this can happen, but the team is on it. So you won't have to worry about it. 🙂

@MarieHelene_L, I do admit, Glitches like that ARE 100% Unacceptable.

If that happened to me, I'd be in complete utter Shock, Bewilderment, Stunned.

 

These Glitches, they need to be removed, and the Portal GIVEN a Complete 100% RESET, to ensure that Glitches like that are Antient History

Did you by chane futuredate a plan chang or something. There used to be a bug that would not renew plans futuredated plans. But i thought it was fixed.

Also its always best to message @CS_Agent not a single mod.

What's going on in here. I think it's time now pm should look after their website portal. Lots or glitches and issues customer having. They have to fix it once for all.
