@MarieHelene_L, I do admit, Glitches like that ARE 100% Unacceptable.
If that happened to me, I'd be in complete utter Shock, Bewilderment, Stunned.
These Glitches, they need to be removed, and the Portal GIVEN a Complete 100% RESET, to ensure that Glitches like that are Antient History

yeah mailed simon. if this happens i am taking my account elsewhere. i know you get what you pay for, but there is a limit of nonsense one can take in one's stride.
