HI I have a second account that I cannot get into the account...My phone and my sim have been stolen... I need to know what I can do to get into my account because I believe the account has bee hacked as well... Please help.. I have all the info from the accoint but the account wont except the email that was used to register the account

Call 1 855 4PUBLIC and enter your 10 digit phone #. What info does it give you?

I tried that plus tried signing in on other devices all the same....Tried forgot password....When I enter the email associated with the account to get the change password it says login failed

Try this....
Now try again to log in. You may want go try and log into your rewards account first. It has the same login credentials as your self serve account but you can view your password so it's easier to spot an error before you sign in. You may need to wait until a 15 minute lock out session ends after entering the incorrect login info too many times. If you are successful note the email and password entered and try again with the self serve login.

@Restcon First , you have to open the ticket to reset your My Account credentials. On the ticket, you can also explain the situation and try to as PM Support to suspend your account as Lost/Stolen for you

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
