I was a day late in making my payment.
I have the available funds in my account now but my plan is not automatically renewing, any help?

@Sarahwhalley How much you have on your account's Available Fund now? If the Available Fund amount is equal to more than your Plan Amount now, you can also try to manually top up just $1 and it should trigger the renewal.
Once you make the $1 extra payment, see of the "Reactivate button is around" and you can click on it. No worry if not
Next, logoff from My Account and Reboot the phone

Ensure your available funds equal or exceed your plan amount. Go to the plans or usage page. Click on lost/stolen. Suspend your service. Log out/in. Resume your service. Your plan should automatically reactivate. Check your transaction history for your plan charges with today's date. Log out and reboot.

@Sarahwhalley Go into your account look for the reactivate button press it sign out reboot your phone , hope that works for you
