Hello 

I am having trouble signing in to renew my subscription so my line is de-activated and I am kind of cut 

when i try to sign in I am still having system error as of this morning Nov 4t

 

pls urgently solve this

Are you facing the 90 day deadline for reactivating service or just your normal renewal? Payments can be made via 611 with pm vouchers or if you know your 4 digit account pin # with the payment card on file. More info can be found here...

The access issues were apparently resolved yesterday.  It seems to have come back again.

Yes, My Account is down again 😞

 

if you know your 4 digits PIN code, you can pay and reactivate by *611 if you have a credit card setup on the sytste

 

But if you don't have the 4 digits PIN, you can either wait till My Account is up again or you can buy a voucher and load the voucher via *611. If you are going to voucher way, please buy it from SDM/711/Shell/London Drug as their vouchers can be used immediately.
