i enrolled with public mobile on Jan 4th. 2025. chose a plan. I've been charged for the plan and i haven't received the sim card. i paid for the sim card and its been 11 days. i'd like a refund and please cancel my plan.

It doesn't make any difference between the two. I used the 4.99 one and it's fine.

there's two options on amazon...one for 9.99 and one for 4.99. the cheaper one is for prepaid plan only ?

FYI, SIM cards take roughly 10 business days. If you are still interested, you can buy a SIM card at any Telus or Koodo stores if they sell them for $10+ or Amazon for 4.99 and change the number in your online profile.
If you want to cancel sign in, go to the Manage Subscription tab and turn Subscribed to off, this will close the account after 90 days of no payment or available funds. But if you've provided your credit card details you'd want to message customer service and ask them to remove it so that you are not billed in the future.
