I know that you get an extra 500 mb on top of the 500 mb provided is when you sign up for autopay.

We will need to know when and what plan you signed up for. If you can provide a screenshot of your account overview page that would help as well (remove personal information)

If you got in on the 1 GB of data that was a Holiday gift from PM...that was a one-time thing. It would have stayed on your account and used when your regular plan data expired. Any unused Holiday data would have just rolled over until finally used by you...even if that took several weeks.

If you signed up for one of the current plans listed, the most free data you can receive is 500 MB with autopay.
