I am a new customer. I have received my SIM and am trying to finalize the set up. MY SIM is not fully registered so when you send the 6 digit verification code to my phone number, I do not receive it and cannot register. What van I do?

Please ensure you are following the steps.
Let the timer expire and then click on sentmd to email. Might have to do it a few times first.
