This is from my plan in my account statement

Current Add-Ons

• $0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 1GB Add-on - Free
• $0 Free Holiday Giveaway: 400min INTL Long Distance (incl CA & US) - Free

I am unable to make INTL long distance calls even though it appears I have them as current add-ons. What am I missing ?

Please assist.

Unfortunately you are not able to donate the minutes. They don't expire so maybe sometime in the future you might need them. They will remain on your account till all used up.

I tried 011 612 for Australia, which I believe is ok ?

The country you have called may not be on the International Calling list. Check to make sure. If it isn't you could buy a low cost, long distance, calling card which is available at many retailers.

Make sure the country is supported by the 400 international minutes add-on list above.

No it's for the below list. When calling in Canada!

@hotrad  If the country you are calling is not on the list then you will not be able to make that call. What country are you trying to call?
