Contact the Moderator_Team.Let them know about the issues. Normally they will do a full refresh of your account.Could be a minor bug. I had a similar issue with international text messaging.This solved the problem.
On your phone go to Network and internet.click data usage : will let you know amount of data you have used.you can also check your usage when you login to your PM account.
I had a similar issue for international texting. wasn't receiving it.I contacted the Moderator_Team and explained my situation.They had to do a full refresh of my account on their side and it worked.Good luck to you.
